Our American Alaska pollock is available in various sizes, packed in cartons of 7.5 kg. The fillets are cut into 8 or 10 strips and are mainly sold under our own brand King Fisher. This brand stands for consistent quality and responsible sourcing, in close cooperation with our partners to maintain the highest possible standards. Alaska pollock is rich in high-quality proteins, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins and minerals. This allows you to offer your customers not only a nutritious product, but also a responsibly sourced product of nature.
Responsible sourcing
Dulk Haasnoot Seafood purchases most of its Alaska pollock through Coastal Villages in Alaska. Fishing there is carried out responsibly and in close cooperation with the local community. These “First Nations” have been fishing the pristine waters of Alaska for generations and in this way, we work together to ensure sustainable fisheries and a healthy future – for both fish stocks and people.
